I wanted to give you feedback on your recent participation for the Bauer re-brand project.
Firstly, thank you for agreeing to support the creation of the new stock images that are now not only being using across Bauer Group, but for our external marketing.
Your professionalism throughout the shoot was appreciated. It was clear that you had a good awareness of industry best practice which allowed us to capture a wide range of high quality content needed in good time. Hopefully the experience was insightful and that you have been able to establish new contacts in the business.
The stock images are now being used throughout Bauer and have added great value to our workshops at the Bauer Academy, supporting engaging content for all internal and external learners.
I approached Katie after a recommendation with a pretty specific brief and very tight deadline (sorry again!).
However, she not only delivered what I asked for but went the extra mile and also provided some extra bits I hadn't even considered for my brand!
Her designs were 11/10 - but not only that, her advice and suggestions around campaign ideas and different uses of content for our audience were invaluable to us.

Hey! I’m a digital designer with over 11 years of experience creating thoughtful, high-impact work across a wide range of digital campaigns. My background spans UX design for bespoke websites, digital traffic drivers, creative campaigns, and the creation of clear, scalable style guidelines. I enjoy shaping ideas from early concept through to execution, ensuring each solution is visually compelling, strategically sound, and rooted in user-centred thinking.
Over the past decade, I’ve collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including developers, sales teams, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital experiences for well-known brands. From crafting persuasive pitch decks to designing campaigns that drive measurable results, I bring a balance of creativity, clarity, and consistency to every project I work on.

My experience
Lead end-to-end digital campaigns from concept, ideation, and design through to final execution
Develop original creative ideas aligned with brand and commercial objectives
