The bread and butter of my job is digital advertising. Using the Adobe Suite such as Illustrator and Photoshop to create static and animated ads for many brands. I also create print advertising solutions using Adobe InDesign.

Experience with Adobe XD and knowledge of app and website design. I also design Instagram stories and reels, Facebook ads such as instant experiences and carousels to name a few!

I have vast experience in designing clear, compelling pitch decks and presentations that communicate ideas effectively and make a lasting impact.

I use Adobe Dreamweaver to code and create eye-catching HTML email campaigns.

I use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit videos for many brands and Wavepad to record and Audacity to edit audio.

I wanted to give you feedback on your recent participation for the Bauer re-brand project.

Firstly, thank you for agreeing to support the creation of the new stock images that are now not only being using across Bauer Group, but for our external marketing.

Your professionalism throughout the shoot was appreciated. It was clear that you had a good awareness of industry best practice which allowed us to capture a wide range of high quality content needed in good time. Hopefully the experience was insightful and that you have been able to establish new contacts in the business.

The stock images are now being used throughout Bauer and have added great value to our workshops at the Bauer Academy, supporting engaging content for all internal and external learners.

About me

I have worked as a digital designer for 6 years now but started in college at 17 training in graphic design. I decided to do an apprenticeship in a print company at 19 years old which got me my design qualification but more importantly amazing experience!

Early 20s I found myself working in call centres, admin roles etc whilst doing freelance work here and there, before I ended up in Johnston Press as an ad trafficker. I did this role at JP and then moved to Bauer Media to continue working in ad operations.

I finally went back to design work within Bauer Media working across multiple sites such as MCN, Mother&Baby, Grazia, Radio such as Magic and Absolute, Todays Golfer, Car etc. I chose to go to digital rather than print because its is so much more exciting and challenging as well as the future of design.

I have been in the role ever since! I love the fast pace business of media and publishing along with working across multiple brands and platforms. No two days are the same which is exactly what I want.
